CHECK
IN/OUT TIMES:
Check in from 2pm. Rooms to be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
DEPOSIT: £20
deposit, per person is required to secure your booking; bookings
are only confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Deposit is payable by
credit
card or cheque. Deposits are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION
or "NO SHOWS":
If your booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice given
or you do not check in, the person responsible for making the original
booking will be charged. Where the deposit was paid by credit card,
the balance will be charged to the credit card used to pay the deposit
(the cardholder will be notified of any such transaction and a receipt
will be issued). Where the deposit was paid by cheque, an invoice
will
be sent to the person responsible for making the original booking
- payable by return.
CONDUCT:
The Proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail, or terminate any
contract should the conduct of any person(s) who is party to that contract
cause any detriment or disturbance to the Guest House and neighbouring
premises, or to the well being or comfort of other Guests. Such persons
may be evicted immediately and without notice. NO refund will be given.
DAMAGES:
All damages will be charged to the person responsible for the making
the original booking. All such charges to be paid for in full before
departure. Failure to declare any damage, or to settle the charge
before departure will result in such charges being charged to the credit
card
used to pay deposit (the cardholder will be notified of any such
transaction and a receipt will be issued). Where the deposit was paid
by cheque,
an invoice will be sent to the person responsible for making the
original booking - payable by return.
HOLIDAY
INSURANCE:
By making a booking, you will enter into a legally binding contract
with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed
above. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover for
your protection.
COMPLAINTS:
We strive to make your stay with us a pleasant and memorable time but
should you be unhappy or feel you have cause for complaint please speak
to the Proprietors before departure. |
